I reached out to have it replaced and the seller sent one immediately. That was great. The replacement arrived today and it has the same issues that the first one had. I decided that whoever they are getting these screens from was sending out entire defective batches. As an end result I'm sending this unit back and just applying for a refund. I don't have time to keep swapping things out.
