The VHS or DVD box is included. The video game instructions and box are included. The teeth of disk holder are undamaged. Minimal wear on the exterior of item. No skipping on CD/DVD. No fuzzy/snowy frames on VHS tape.

I was however less than pleased to see a grimy thumbprint that was also present on the back of the card. Luckily for me I don't have plans for grading the card but it was still rather sloppy to receive an expensive card in that condition.
