The laptop had its entire back panel unscrewed and I had to pop it off and back on because it was bulging at the seams. The internal battery isn’t being recognized but I’m sure it’s a driver issue so I’m looking into it. Came with a bigger battery that I thought for the attachable one so that’s nice. In decent shape and happy to see I did get a fingerprint scanner.

Only 8th generation cpu on up are compatible with Windows 11 but so far I have updated this windows 11 with no problem on this machine. Problem happened when I eliminated the previous administrator, which should have been done prior to saile or at least send the administrator password for changing easily.
