I informed the customer that the item would be disassembled upon arrival. This was the only way to give a reasonable shipment cost. The customer made no complaint to myself personally of any damage. Everything was wrapped, mostly individually, tightly with foam and bubble wrap. As well as many FRAGILE stickers were attached to the outside of the package.
