He even provided photos clearly showing the results of this alteration. After I explained that damage from personal modification isn’t covered, the buyer changed his story and attempted to blame the damage on FedEx, Now, the buyer is falsely claiming that the item was used, which contradicts both his earlier statements. UNBELIEVABLE!
