However, the box had a label EXPLAINING 'Bluetooth not working' - that would have been USEFUL info to know, as these parts are very costly. Yes, it needed a new Bluetooth PCB. Other issue - PLEASE package these the way they are MEANT to be; remove the platter and mat, & store them SEPARATELY and FLAT. Mine arrived with platter loose & having caused damage, and the mat deeply grooved. UNNECESSARY DAMAGE.
