    I recently ordered a DVD set from themooviebarn. When it arrived, the first disc was bad, and kept playing the first 20 minutes over and over. I contacted the seller, and they quickly sent out another set. The first disc of the second set was also defective, so I reached out again. They apologized for something that was out of their control, and refunded the full price in a very timely manner. Manufacturing defects are not the problem of the seller, but this seller quickly resolved the issue.
