        Seat had a small cut in the seat back, metal is very soft.

        It would have been nice to have been notified that there was a problem with the cushion that was missed when inspected, unless it happened during the carriers handling of the parcel or when the box was opened, as to the quality of the materials it is made from that would complaint should be directed to the manufacturer in China.
