    The set was not new as advertised. All parts inside the box were covered in dust and the Kirby shampoo in the box had an open seal and at least half of the bottle was used. The clear plastic of the water reservoir was also yellowing. There were used/excellent condition listings that were listed for half the price as this set. Contacted the seller and they stated, sorry you feel that way. They didn’t offer any form of resolution unfortunately.

    This is false, fake feedback. She forgot to mention she used the item for 2 days and making up all the story for a little bit refund. That is fraud she doing right now. She never contacted whit me before start to using my item . So after 2 days of using the brand new carpet cleaner attachments and shampoo . She making up all the story. Be honest and don't trash sellers, and don't try stealing from them
