It appeared to be packaged very well until I reached the last of the 6 dinner plates that I ordered. The very last one on the bottom was broken in multiple pieces. I immediately contacted the seller who promptly responded with the option of returning the entire order or receiving a partial refund. I opted for the refund, received it quickly.
