I had received a message from the owner of the shop and he wanted me to know that there was a chip on the figurine and that he would willingly give me a refund. I hadn't noticed it, but it was so well priced that it really didn't matter, as I am able to place it where the slight blemish doesn't show. I appreciated his honesty and that means a lot to me.
