    Great experience overall — the seller responded quickly, shipped the item promptly, and the packaging was excellent. The only small issue was that the bag was described as including a bonus shoulder strap (since the original doesn't come with one), but this was not included in the package. Not a big deal, just something to be aware of. Otherwise, everything else was as expected. Thanks!

    Apologies for the mix-up. The description advises: "Webbing Tote handles" (No Shoulder Strap)* ...I added a note at the bottom w/asterisk, saying: "I personally own (& love) this tote in olive green. Although it's not a shoulder strap model, I attach a (removable) shoulder strap from one of my other Tumi bags to the webbing loops on the side to make it a shoulder tote." We will make a concerted effort to be clearer on future listings, and we'll keep personal comments/suggestions to a minimum.
