    Item was as described. I placed the order in error. The seller couldn't figure out how to cancel the order at my request (which was within minutes of the order). Item sat in limbo (not canceled or shipped) for many weeks. I reported that it never arrived to eBay to hopefully have it finally cancelled and refunded. No such luck, seller then decided to ship the item. Poor communication and not the desired outcome for $200.
