I even include a lock nut to provide extra security for the muffler. Unfortunately, many people only hand-tighten the muffler, and when it falls off, the blame often falls on the seller. I wish this customer had contacted me so I could have guided them properly.

Included a clear instruction sheet for a common mistake people have when installing it on certain models. I pointed this paper out to my son when he received it and he insisted it didn’t fit so I went to return. Seller reached out immediately to ask about it and referred me back to the included paper which I reviewed in depth & indeed did work with his bike! Product was as described and works great!
