    Again whilst sorry to hear this, we are at a loss as to why you wouldn't reach out to us if indeed this were the issue. Perhaps there is more at play here as the item supplied was brand new and direct from the manufacturer's carton. It was even sent with its tissue paper covering and special outer box which is often removed. We have reached out to the customer and invited more information and solutions but haven't had a response. Sellers be aware and consider their other FB left.
