SELLER IS REFUSING TO GIVE ME A FULL REFUND WHICH WAS PROMISED TO ME BECAUSE THE ITEM WAS RETURNED TO HIM BROKEN, WHICH IS BEYOND MY CONTROL AND NOT MY FAULT. HE SHOULD BE CONTACTING FEDEX AND FILE A CLAIM WITH THEM. I AM NOT THE SELLER SO I CANT FILE A CLAIM. IT COULD'VE BEEN BROKEN ON THE WAY TO MY HOUSE OR ON THE WAY BACK TO HIS HOUSE. I DON'T KNOW BECAUSE I NEVER OPENED THE PACKAGE OR SAW THE PACKAGE BECAUSE IT WAS REFUSED. SELLER IS ANYTHING BUT HONEST OR RESPECTFUL WHEN HE BLAMES ME.
