Buyer order on a Friday after the post office closed and I have two business day shipping. I do not have control as to how long it takes the postal service to deliver the item once it is dropped off. The post office received the item on time and there was a delay on their end due to the holiday weekend. If there is an urgent need a customer can always reach out and I will try my best to accommodate but there was no communication from this buyer until Negative feedback was provided.
