I contacted the Seller initially to ensure if Fender was for a 19" or 21" He stated unequivocally that it was off of a 19". That's what I needed and when received, turns out its a 21" fender. I was conned and told Incorrectly that it was what I sought. Completely screwed! Do not trust this seller and Ebay will now screw me again and have no involvement in a resolution once again. Completely F'd!!!!!! Do not Buy from this seller

This fender was removed from a stock 1995 harley Davidson lowrider that was running a stock setup with a 19" wheel. If you had any questions about measurements or fitment, I always recommend taking or requesting all measurements prior to purchase. I am always happy to guide my customers through their purchase as I build many motorcycles and am happy to help. You are not complaining about item condition or description, only that your part did not fit your application which seems to be custom.
