The seller was extremely rude, I informed them that I had received a damaged item from their store. However, the language used by this seller was beyond appalling. I am unsure why eBay permits such sellers to operate on their platform.

I REPORTED THIS BUYER FOR MAKING A FALSE CLAIM OF DAMAGE THIS ITEM, EBAY HAS A NEW WAY OF DEALING WITH PROBLEMS, BY SIMPLY IGNORING THEM, I ASKE THE BUYER TO SEND PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGE, HE WOULD NEVER SEND PHOTOS. 3 DAYS LATER HE SENDS A MESSAGE SAYING HE THREW THE ITEM AWAY, THEN AFTER LEAVING UNDESERVED NEGATIVE FEEDBACK SAYING I SAID RUDE THINGS TO HIM, WHICH I DIDN'T, HE WANTS TO SEND THE ITEM BACK, HIS NAME IS MUHAMMAD AJAX, HE GOES BY THE EBAY NAME 123-mudasser, BEWARE OF HIM, HE'S A LIAR.
