Hands down the worst experience I've had on ebay. Seller took a month to ship my items and charged me separately for shipping then proceeded to ship both items together without partially refunding me. On top of that they shipped flat paper itmes rolled up in a large box. A cardboard tube or flat shipping envelope would have been perfect..but that may have required a little common sense.

These are not the facts. Buyer did not read the description. WE POST TWO TIMES our handle and ship times. BUYER received item wrapped in a large box. BUYER did not contact us to tell us item was damaged, BUYER should have contacted so we could inspect and help him out. WE ALWAYS WORK WITH ALL BUYERS. Shame that this person didn't reach out.
