Whilst the item is of fair quality the customer service from this seller is appalling. The goods didn’t arrive. I contacted the sellers 3 days later and informed them of this. Eventually they responded to say they didn’t have the same and offered an alternative.
The sellers messages are somewhat cryptic.
A week after the item was due I had a card from Royal Mail to say the sender hadn’t paid enough postage so I had to pay £3.50 to get the parcel. I informed the seller but no reply.
Terrible.
