He promptly sent it by USPS and the package got lost by USPS! I had to file for a package search and 4 days later, today June 3, 2025, i called the PO after getting a message that the search by them had been closed. They closed it because they could not locate my package! Today I also contacted kangol81 after messaging with him several times over the past 2 weeks! He promptly sent me a refund! I was concerned when I saw the pieces outside the compact in a ziploc(I was worried that the swans neck could have Brocken off since it’s fragile) but all pieces arrived intact. There was padding and bubble wrap and the box was well sealed! The shipping was pricey but I don’t see that as the sellers fault. Overall, very happy with the purchase.
