This was actually my first bad experience on eBay. I believe the motor was new. I would like to think it wasn't intentionally sold like this. But when I put it in, I was replacing my old motor which was loud. After installing this motor it was about five times louder. I was only replacing the motor because it was loud for my neighbor.
