The frames were shipped; however, DHL rejected the package saying it did not meet their requirements. The seller was very surprised saying they ship to the USA daily. The seller processed a refund and said I could reorder. After following up with the seller a few times, I never received a reply. I can only guess DHL never returned the package, or the frames were too damaged to sell when returned to the vendor. It is a shame because I really wanted/want these frames!
