Not new no instructions very badly packed old bread wrappers and cardboard toy box and I don't know how the post man read the address looked like it had been written by a toddler.also bit of chrome missing from dial at the 2 position.

The clock s not used. The clock is new. I had those 9 clocks. 6 of them were sold and 5 customers did not complain. They were sold without box or instruction. I packed it savely. It arrived not broken. Bread bags are quite strong. Even f handwriting is not good, it is not nice to insult person (like toddlers writing) and packaging was almost free. I charged for postage. Fussy fussy customer.
