Yes I have contacted the seller and am getting no positive answers and to add insult to injury they say it is an honour to serve me. this seller as far as I am concerned has no honour has supplied the wrong goods has cost me money and time. This item fits a 20.00mm diameter bore. My Armstrong flute was 19.60mm bore so it took quite a few hours of careful filing and sanding to get it to fit. It is very comfortable to use and it sounds louder than the other mouthpiece. It's a game changer for the body to use giving an easy reach for the hands and a more relaxed neck.
