The Bose System is in great shape but came with a remote WITHOUT a battery. Therefore I couldn't even play it after I connected the system and plugged it in. I initially though the system had been possibly dropped in transit. But nope, no battery for the remote included and I live 30 miles from nearest possible retailer. Seller could have provided the information if that is the case. Shipping was also delayed almost a week.
