My order was first marked shipped, but then several days later cancelled and refunded. I sent a message asking what happened, and they first told me the cancellation was a mistake and that my item actually had shipped. They provided a tracking number, but tracking showed the package going to a completely different state. I pointed this out, and they then replied that actually my order had never shipped was out of stock. I was refunded, so it's fine, but it was a frustrating time sink.
