very fast shipping and very securely packaged. there was some tool marks that they made when removing it by not being gentle but the item was in otherwise very good condition and the price was really good.. much better than the one i replaced.. all of the scratches were clearly in the pictures provided and i didnt find any new ones on inspection. overall i am very happy and would buy again.
