There are two A&D&D PHB of this type, the old cover like pictured in the sellers ad, and then newer artwork - I was shipped the newer cover manual and not the older one pictured by the seller. Their excuse is that they use stock pictures that may not represent the actual item being sold. The ISBN is the same for both versions. They only offer a return, not to ship the correct manual as pictured in their ad. This appears to be a common bait-swap thing for this vendor.
