Built-in image stabilization technology reduces on-screen shaking from unintentional hand and camera movement. The camera also offers an optical zoom feature for video including auto focus. Bought this camera for our daughter's 10th birthday. She had one previously and wanted a new one, so we found one here. It arrived and we wrapped it up for her birthday. When we opened it up, it didn't work. Our whole family witnessed it and we tried to return it. We requested a refund from the seller and the seller stated since we didn't report the issue on day 1 that we must have used it and broke it ourselves and refused to refund us.

Check the buyer rating and judge yourself. Buyer sent 2 pictures showing broken camcorder. When we shipped it, the wrist strap was not attached to the camcorder but the pictures provided by buyer shown with strap attached. Package delivered on May 4 and the 30-days return window is about to expire. Have reported this buyer to eBay for seller protection.
