    Form, Fit and Function...yes. Quality is OK. Ease of assembly ( a real pain in the arse) Seller got a "less than Positive" review because this item shipped from Amazon. I support eBay sellers (almost 500 purchases on eBay) I HATE AMAZON for sooooo many reasons. ANY eBay seller who uses Amazon WILL NOT get a good review!
