Says new with tags but there are marks all on the inside, almost like grease stains or something. Would have cost me the same to buy brand new after I paid duties.

Item was new with tags. It was shipped overseas and any damage would have occurred in transit as it had no marks when it left me. Buyer was fully refunded and got to keep the item. Buyer was rude and accusatory and EBay told me not to do anything as it would be handled so I got no chance to dispute the claims. I did not sell/ship an item with stains all over it-ridiculous to even suggest that. It was shipped to facility in US then subsequently traveled overseas.
