Delivered quickly and item as described. The pencil is okay and good for filling in, but not the best for outlining brows or trying to shape with it. It rubs off easily. Overall I'd say this pencil is best for thick brows rather than thinner ones like mine. I usually use the MUA brow define MICRO pencil so ended up using that along with this pencil. The mua micro pencil definitely has the best staying power and is easier to work with so wouldn't purchase this pencil again.
