Not NIP; the box is taped all over the place (you can't see that in the pics) like it fell apart at some point, and the canvas bag inside was obviously opened (they are glued plastic bags,obviously when tampered with). The listing description is not even for this item. This item did NOT include Tweezers, as mentioned in the listing. I will keep the kit because I want to complete it, but I'm disappointed with the condition.
