L'entreprise PartBike attribuera ainsi un numéro de retour. Ce numéro devra être noté par le client sur le colis de retour.

L'objet sera repris s'il n'est ni endommagé, ni salis et retourné dans son emballage d'origine. Les frais de port liés au retour sont à la charge du client.
