I have been chased for feedback. I will do AFTER receipt, never before. E-bay is a service provider and not the prime activity of my daily life. I do not know when the post came, except it was slightly earlier today.
Feedback is optional, though I make a habit of putting in feedback asap after receiving goods. Payment is always very promptly. As I do reviews for an international magazine, seeking advance feed back is not good - in fact it can delay response.
