Bought this kit back in the 80's when it was a Protar kit. Italeri have cleaned up the mould with heaps less flash and waterslide decals. The sag in the chains is a nice touch and it also comes with a simple paddock stand. I think Protar originally included a dustbin type full fairing but I never used it as it's a Manx and the 500 single engine should be displayed. At first glance it looks to be a bit clunky but hey, it's a 1/9 scale Norton Manx and if you're a motorbike guy that's all you need.
