I understand post office issues, and that’s fine, but there was no communication prior to me asking to cancel the order after the initial estimated delivery date passed. The day after I asked to cancel the order is when the package was “accepted/scanned” at the post office. I then received a new estimated shipping date. There was no acknowledgement of my cancel request and it appeared as if the item was shipped after my inquiry. I gave a neutral review since the order finally arrived.
