    This buyer received the item OVER a month ago. However, they claimed they only just now looked at the item and that ONE of the pieces was defective. They then demanded that we send them a free replacement without a return. We asked them to return the defective piece so that we could use it to request a replacement from the manufacturer, but they refused and left a negative feedback instead.
