Great throughput for a cheap AP. I quite like MT products. Works in 802.3at switches, but you must use provided poe injector WITHOUT 12V ADAPTER when using "POE+" switches. Also reset into CAPSMAN configuration if you can't see it in Winbox on initial setup. Seller shipped promptly!
