I always review my items prior to packing as mistakes do happen and I want to catch any discrepancies before shipping. I discovered the item had a substantial flaw that was not indicated in the listing so I cancelled the order and refunded immediately. I reached out to the customer to apologize and advise and they seemed appreciative of my communication. I don't send out damaged items that are listed as new under any circumstances.
