Apparently he had a limit of 5 offers that I was unaware of. His last offer was $37 but I couldn't accept his offer because I had given my fifth counter offer, his $37 counter was his fifth. I tried to accept it but the system wouldn't allow me. I emailed him several times trying to take the $37. He ignored me. I bought the item for $45 on another email. I believe I'm owed $7 + tax!
