In the description, the seller stated it "may be past install by date" and emphasized "NEW and never used", hiding the fact that they were selling ink cartridges which the ink has long dried out, like mine, about 11.5 years ago. Expired ones, if just 2-3 months past the deadline, might still work, with little ink remaining. But 11.5 years? Dead for sure! The customer did contact us for a return was the item was promptly refunded. It is interesting that they waited a over a month then decided to leave a negative review.
