Came flat packed, however I thought I would be able to put it together as it is for a gift. It was all ripped and unfortunately cannot do anything with the box. Also a sachet was ripped and powder everywhere. Seller accused me of doing it myself. Ridiculous all I wanted was what I paid for. Such a lot of money for a few sachets and a ripped box.

How about we talk about the truth here, rather than a scammy buyer begging for discount.
Buyer never mentioned it was a gift and therefore would not like item flat packed as per listing. This would have cost £1 extra and clearly I am too expensive already.
As the buyer has kindly supplied photos please see that they have opened a flat packed food item with a sharp item and punctured the sachet themselves? I mean the kind of person who buys a chocolate teapot and uses boiling water in it.
