I ordered a cap and the seller canceled the order through no fault of mine. He refunded the money but I didn't get the full amount and €8.50 less. I contacted the seller about this and he said it wasn't their fault and I should write to eBay. Ebay says it's not their fault and I should write somewhere else. For me, the matter is really simple - I placed an order on eBay with a specific seller, I did not receive the order + I lost money. Everyone blames someone else. Not a pleasant experience
