This hat was very very small I bought it for my 9 year old grandson for a Christmas gift and when it was opened his dad tossed it across the room and said “That’s a baby hat” embarrassed is an understatement. It was also smushed on delivery 😬

You ordered the wrong hat without asking any questions. The hat you needed was in stock as I later told you and this could have been easily corrected. Instead, because of anger management problems in your genes, a most entertaining feedback has been left for all to enjoy. I do not have anything to do with USPS, so I suggest you contact them on the crushed box. I sincerely hope next year is better for you.
