It was not wrapped in the same way that Hallmark wraps ornaments. It had clearly been previously opened and re-wrapped with the broken piece sitting on the outside of the tissue paper in the clamshell in the box. I contacted the seller and received short sarcastic responses, iterating that I'm lying and that I broke it myself. This is not the way to run a business. Instead of making it right they just continue to argue.
