Front wheels rotate 360 degrees but can be locked forward in place. Press two buttons, slide latch on cup holder, and the basket is easily removed. One button to fold the stroller frame; there is a strap to keep it securely folded if needed. The material appears to be strong but only time will tell if my two little razor-clawed purr monsters are able to get through it.
