      The Doulton countertop water purifier systems W9331038 was delivered to me on 26 February 2024. I discovered on the following day that the diverter does not work. Its switch cannot be turned to allow flow of filtered water. I reported this to Mexi Trading Pty Ltd, the seller of the water filter, on the same day (27th). I have not heard from the company apart from an acknowledgment e-mail This is disappointing. Please tell me how to return it to you for refund.

      Its just stiff from factory. First time you turn it its a little bit hard and requires a bit of force. After that it loosens up and works fine. Thanks for the feedback.
